  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that were customized or personalized.

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange based on availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
